Shipping Policy

Where we ship We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We're working on expanding — sign up to our newsletter for updates.

Delivery cost

• Orders of £35 or more: free UK delivery
• Orders under £35: a flat delivery charge of £3.95, shown at checkout before you pay

Delivery time Orders are dispatched on a tracked service. We aim to dispatch within 2-3 working days of your order. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. 

Tracking All orders are sent on a tracked service. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Delays We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory right to receive your order within a reasonable time, or your right to a refund if it does not arrive within 30 days.

Lost or missing orders If your tracked order hasn't arrived, contact us at admin@hojihouse.co.uk and we'll investigate with the carrier. Where an order is confirmed lost in transit, we will resend it or issue a full refund.

Risk and ownership Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is delivered to the address you provided.
